Job Description: Sr. Specialist BMS Platforms, Salesforce Account Engagement & Marketing Cloud Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and optimize customer journey flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, prioritize projects, and implement solutions.
  • Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of user issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance system adoption and user competency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Salesforce platform.
  • Partner with the commercial team to translate business objectives into effective Salesforce journey solutions.
  • Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Personal Skills:

  • Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable, with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Effective English communication skills (both oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Interest in business processes and systems.

Functional Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement.
  • Salesforce Certifications in Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in Project Management or working within project teams.
