We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software development Engineer with extensive experience in Siemens or & Allen Bradley control systems, the latest technologies in web-based HMIs, Internet of Things (IoT), OT Cyber security. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Software Standardization activities in R&D team and will be comfortable working in an agile development culture. The position / About the Job:
As Sr. Software Development Engineer, you will develop our automation systems in an Agile environment throughout the whole product lifecycle. That includes
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Siemens or & Allen Bradley control systems.
- Develop PLC programs standard blocks, ensuring they are reusable and modular which will support end users to optimize troubleshooting, diagnostics, engineering efforts.
- Integrate control systems with various devices and networks and ensure those are cyber security compliant.
- Design and develop web-based HMIs for real-time monitoring and control of automation systems.
- Develop and implement IoT solutions to enhance automation systems' functionality and connectivity.
- Ensure data security and integrity within IoT frameworks.
- Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning and support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Work within an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, maintaining flexibility and a focus on delivering value.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members on new systems and technologies.

Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s - Electrical / Electronics / instrumentation Engineering (required).
Skills:
- 10+ years of work experience in Automation Engineering & Standardizations
- Extensive experience from PLC & HMI programming
- Experience from Siemens & Allen-Bradley control systems
- Experience in Software Development Models & Methods (OOP, S88, PackML)
- Experience in Agile Methods and Tools (SCRUM, DevOps)
- Experience with web-based HMIs and the latest IoT technologies
- Experience in industrial communication protocols and networking
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Cross-cultural awareness.
