The Service Delivery Technical Manager (SDTM) is responsible for leading the Applications Engineering, Lab, and Reliability staff within the region. This leader ensures proper technical support for the planning and execution of operations and manages service delivery performance of the product line.

As SDTM, your responsibilities will include:
- Execute the HSE 5 fundamentals every day, every job, every task
- Governance on 5-SD fundamentals, and compliance of iMtJC
- Ensure deployment and adherence of JC and all SD process and digital tools
- Management of technical support and applications engineering for job planning, design, and execution phases
- Management of technical support for tenders
- Management of incidents: Communication, Investigation and Control actions
- Lead and manage active performance improvement plans
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Large combined experience in drilling and completion fluids managing technical support and operations
- Strong communication skills, including language fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese
