WHAT YOU'LL DO
We're looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Agile Transformation team. This role blends Agile expertise with business insight and leadership. You'll facilitate Agile practices, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and impact across various initiatives at Kraft Heinz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals, and tailor Agile practices accordingly.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and routines, ensuring adherence to Scrum, Kanban, and other frameworks.
- Lead workshops and meetings to promote effective collaboration between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Track and measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and remove impediments to enhance value delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and sustainable pace, while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor Scrum practitioners, ensure best practices, and facilitate Agile training to encourage innovation and improve business agility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Agile techniques to optimize team performance.
WHO YOU ARE
- Agile Expertise: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
- Communication & Leadership: Proven ability to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) and lead, motivate, and influence teams toward achieving objectives.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Facilitation & Coaching: Experience in facilitating meetings and team collaboration, as well as coaching teams to adopt Agile practices and improve performance.
- Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Certifications: Hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach Certification (ICP-ACC), or similar certification.
- Remote Team Management: Proven ability to manage and facilitate remote teams, ensuring effective collaboration and transparency.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to apply servant leadership, conflict resolution, and empowerment to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
