The Sr SAP S/4 HANA Developer is responsible SAP S/4 HANA development and architecture, with a strong focus on technical solutions and system integration. In this role you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, innovation, coaching and mentoring the SAP S/4 HANA Developers. Given our global presence, this role requires effective collaboration with teams in the US and Europe.

This position is part of the SAP Center of Excellence team and will be located in Bengaluru, India. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Lead the design, develop, and implement SAP S/4 HANA technical solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US and Europe to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4 HANA and other enterprise systems.

· Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and performance.

· Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

· Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA technologies and trends.

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP development, with 2 years of working experience in SAP S/4 HANA environment.

· Proficiency in ABAP, CDS Views, OData, and other SAP development tools.

· Experience working with global teams, particularly in the US and Europe.

· Excellent organizational, collaboration, and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· SAP S4HANA Transformation project

· Agile and Scrum methodologies

· Strong verbal and written communication

· Experience leading an ABAP team

Travel: 10% travel is required (Domestic and International)
