Explore, develop, implement and evaluate Digital innovation solutions that address customer needs. Co-create with key stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations. Leads the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media. Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI's. Works in collaboration with brand teams, technical teams and all functions to maximize value. Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team on decision making on Sales Force resource allocation in most optimal ways, through delivery of proven analytics based projects. Provide analytics support to Sandoz internal customers.


 

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Administer and maintain internal application built on the Salesforce environment, including user management, security settings, and data integrity.

  • Design and implement low-code Salesforce solutions, including custom objects & flows.

Data Management:

  • Perform regular data audits, and cleanup to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Develop and maintain data models, mappings, and data transformation rules for integration projects.

  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and usage to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated processes to provide actionable insights and improve data quality.

Troubleshooting and Optimization:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform performance, integrations, and functionality.

  • Stay updated with features and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are fully leveraging platform capabilities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Documentation and Governance:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.

  • Establish and enforce governance standards, data quality guidelines, and best practices for Platform usage

What you’ll bring to the role:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years’ experience, preferably with Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

  • Proficient in Salesforce administration tools, such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Data processing and reporting experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics.
