Sr. Sales Enablement Manager

Location: Fully remote in the USA

Job Overview:

The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager drives consistent sales readiness programs to support our revenue teams. This position will design and execute learning programs for our revenue teams (inside sales, field sales, account managers, and customer success) and build dynamic working relationships with leaders and key cross-departmental stakeholders. This applicant understands how the ExploreLearning product portfolio supports schools and can translate that knowledge into teachable tactics. This team member will understand the learning needs of our Revenue teams with the goal of creating and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive performance results. The responsibilities include but are not limited to needs analysis, collaborating with product owners, and working with internal subject matter experts to develop, modify, schedule, deliver, and measure the impact of learning programs that support our business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, implement, create, and measure multifaceted learning programs for onboarding and ever-boarding that leverage innovative and blended learning approaches

  • Partner with leadership and Product Marketing to develop learning pathways and programs to support the unique needs of the revenue teams

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio, how it is positioned, and its impact to the market to be a product champion in any learning opportunity

  • Develop and experiment with new learning solutions and strategies that accelerate the proficiency and mastery of sales skills

  • Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed

  • Apply knowledge of emerging trends and changes in state legislation related to K-12 education to learning program development

  • Match learning opportunities to business strategy

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree

  • 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in a growth-focused role such as sales enablement and operations, Sales strategy, business development, or adult learning and development

  • Demonstrated experience building, launching, and managing field training programs

  • Knowledge of K-12 math and science pedagogy and trends through direct experience in education or EdTech is preferred

  • Experience in designing differentiated learning tracks including large group, small group, and one-on-one coaching preferred

  • Exceptional organization and process skills including analysis, planning, and execution

  • Experience with Sales Enablement tools such as Highspot and MindTickle

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; outstanding verbal and written communication skills
