Netradyne is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join the team for 6 months in our San Diego, CA office. The Recruiter will be responsible for working with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and managing the complete recruitment cycle for crucial roles across all departments within the company. Their main duties also include sourcing and developing a pipeline of top talent by implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full cycle recruiting across multiple departments. (Engineering to Marketing to Ops. to Finance, etc.)
- Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy.
- Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications.
- Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and members of the hiring team.
- Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential candidates.
- Research and attend various career fairs and networking events with the recruitment team.
- Manage and maintain recruiting reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work with the Human Resources team on various projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Background Required:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for high-growth companies.
- Enterprise software/SaaS industry experience preferred.
- Experience with conducting various types of interviews.
- Able to coordinate interviews across different time zones.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse Preferred) and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule – in the office 3 days each week.

Compensation:
- $50hr. - $80/hr.
San Diego Pay Range
$50—$80 USD
