Job Description:
The Senior Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our products/services meet and exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a meticulous and analytical individual who can lead quality assurance initiatives, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:

CAPA Subject Matter Expert
-
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Lead quality audits and inspections, both internally and with suppliers, to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as production, engineering, and customer service) to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.

Analyze data and performance metrics to monitor product/service quality, identify trends, and implement preventive measures.

Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards, processes, and techniques to promote a culture of quality excellence.

Manage the documentation and reporting of quality assurance activities, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role, with proven experience in a senior or leadership capacity.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive quality improvements.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Desired:

Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.

(Base Salary Pay Range: $79,000 - $94,000/ annually )
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees.
