Sr. Project Manager - Supply Chain

You will join our team and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.What You’ll DoWe are currently seeking a talented Sr. Project Manager to lead client projects, spearhead analytical initiatives, and drive solution development while ensuring exceptional value delivery to our supply chain clients. You will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing a variety of diverse and complex projects as it relates to supply chain and warehousing with industrial manufacturing and distribution focused clients. You will contribute expertise and support to design teams that plan, develop, coordinate, and lead small and large engineering projects. Applying sound business judgment and facilitating robust cross-functional solutions to develop concepts and supply chain engineering services to be used in manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and transportation opportunities as well as capital project execution.
- Orchestrate multiple concurrent client engagements with precision
- Foster strategic partnerships with internal teams and Client representatives
- Spearhead complex logistics and distribution facility design initiatives
- Craft compelling deliverables and strategic presentations
- Leverage advanced Excel and Access capabilities for data manipulation and insight generation
- Serve as operations strategy expert, considering volume metrics, market segments, distribution channels, and business goals
- Direct comprehensive design phases from concept to execution
- Own project economics including budget development, timeline management, and resource allocation
- Mentor team members in analytical methodologies
- Generate sophisticated documentation and analytical reports
- Showcase technical mastery in areas such as Network Modeling, DC Design, and Operations Implementation
- Utilize company-specific and industry-standard tools for financial and operational analysis
- Architect solutions spanning process optimization, facility design, and organizational structuring
- Execute according to established operational design frameworks
- Maintain fluid communication across extended organizational teams
- Champion business case development and strategic thinking
- Drive core team discussions and executive updates
- Provide strategic business insights throughout project lifecycle
- Enhance internal systems and procedural efficiency
- Guide internal teams in developing best-practice tools and methodologies
- Demonstrate strategic vision while directing client teams and managing responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research initiatives
- Design and execute focused group discussions
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years hands-on experience with project management and engineering design.
- Experience in performing industrial engineering work in complex supply chains
- 5 years of experience in distribution center (DC) environment
- Experience in DC operations design including DC layout, operations improvement, material handling system (MHS) design, process design, value stream mapping, etc.
- Experience within a multi-discipline engineering and architecture design firm highly desired.
- Ability to thrive in highly dynamic situations
- Project management experience with Food, Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Life Science sector manufacturing clients is a plus.
- Familiar with industry-standard software, such as REVIT, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel for project requirements, including construction, start-up activities, client meetings, company-sponsored meetings, training, industry-related seminars.
- BS or MS in an Engineering discipline, Architecture or Building Construction Management.
