Job Description

How you'll strengthen the team:

Our team is looking for someone who brings lots of laughs and no ego. We're a team that loves to share memes, successes, and processes that help us learn from failure (and it's OK to fail if we all walk away knowing more than we did). Beyond that, here's what your responsibilities will be:

  • Scope development
  • Hot sheets, timelines, resourcing, and time transfers
  • Mentorship of associate project managers and mentorship from your supervising project managers
  • Template development
  • Process improvements and applications in collaboration with Directors of Production
  • Team health oversight
  • Client rec sheet collaboration with business manager
  • Helping in client's yearly tactical planning and SOW development
  • Team building and leadership
  • Team health oversight

How you'll grow with us:

Senior Producer is where you'll start, but we're always planning for where you'll go. Our Senior Producers are all expected to hone skills that will help build on their careers. Those skills include:

  • More high-profile projects
  • Mentoring associate project managers
  • Building your team's best practices documents
  • Greater responsibility maintaining team and client health
  • Leading tactic planning
  • RFP ballpark development
  • Assisting Director of Production on staff planning and forecasts

Qualifications

What you're bringing with you:

Across 4 - 6 years of experience, you know what it takes to slay Project Management These are the core skills you've totally nailed:

  • Scope development (with supervision)
  • Client and vendor communication
  • Running a hot sheet
  • Owning anywhere from 2-4 high-profile projects at a time, along with your standard run of projects

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $33.65- $56.49/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met . The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 12/04/2024.
