Education: Any graduate/post graduate preferably Science/Pharma/MTech

Required work experience related to position: 4-9 years

Competency Required:

Change Management

· Participate on team or task force making changes in organizational process/policies

· Assists preparing change management communications, cascading, etc

Market Focus

· Well connected with external network

· Successfully completes global assignment

· Manage service function or key account

· Highly motivated and resourceful individual who is driven by results

· Ability to work autonomously and to position creative solutions

· A solution-focused individual able to prioritise time and effort to deliver beyond customer expectations

· An ability to think strategically and the ability to transform strategy into executed tasks

· Excellent numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills with a fastidious attention to detail

Sales Execution

· Educate, connect and develop the customer base by ensuring all mutually beneficial business opportunities are explored in a timely and professional way

· Ensure feedback including win/loss reasons, competitor intelligence and market knowledge is provided to the Product Management and broader sales teams

Technical Expertise

· Resolve customer technical issues post-sale promptly and courteously

· Conduct product demonstrations, seminars and participate in customer engagement activities as required to support the growth strategy

· Close liaison with the Account Management team to work hand-in-hand on more specialised or larger opportunities requiring support from suppliers and/or our own manufacturing facilities

Pipeline and Opportunity Management

· Maintain an accurate opportunity funnel for all assigned product, including closure dates and completed sales process (stakeholders engaged, next

steps, competition etc)

· Diligently maintain a record of customer visits and interactions using the CRM

platform salesforce.com completed by the end of each week

· Responsible for achieving product line AOP for the assigned geography
