The Product Ops team is the catalyst between product and User Services. We maintain a user first mindset and are responsible for ensuring smooth product launches through leadership and partnership with Operations, Engineering, Product and Design teams. We also represent the voice of our users back to our product teams in order to enhance the product roadmap and user experience.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Analyze data and report insights & trends to several cross-functional teams across the company
- Work directly with Product to thoroughly understand experiments, upcoming product changes, and roadmaps and communicate those with internal stakeholders
- Strategize on ways to improve user experiences by prioritizing top issues and feedback about the product and core features
- Collaborate within a cross functional working environment
- Experience leading and owning cross-functional projects that improve a user experience or solve a problem within workflows, tooling, user support or enforcement
- Experience advocating, negotiating and driving results amongst competing priorities and metrics
- Ability to leverage data in decision making
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in operational roles
- Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional partners with data to improve end user experience, and launch high quality products
- Displayed experience developing/updating and evangelizing operational processes to drive efficiency and grow throughput at the team/group/org level
- Hefty understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a focus on integrating user feedback.
- Solid project management skills
- Strong experience with roadmap, project management, or collaboration tools or wikis like Asana, JIRA, or similar.
- Organizational wizard with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Action-oriented collaborator who can effectively communicate and work with people across different teams, roles, and functions.
- Possess a consultative mindset and strong presentation skills for effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time-critical ambiguous situations with minimum guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical individuals and present at meetings or trainings.

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration up to 4x per year and therefore can be situated anywhere in the US.
