As a Sr. Product Manager on the Digital Technology team, a typical day for you will include:
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the home services industry.
• Product Strategy: Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with our business goals and customer needs.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products, including positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
• Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement, including customer feedback systems and personalized marketing efforts.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the home services or related industry
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Creative approach to problem-solving.
- Proactive
- Detail-oriented
- Results-driven with a passion for marketing and customer engagement.
- Collaborative and drives alignment across the organization for product enhancements
- Must show character and responsibility in dealing with sensitive, confidential information
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
