The Business Operations Sr. Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the CPO/CCSO/COO’s offices by working closely with the global Product and Customer Success Operations teams, functional leaders, and other business units. This role is responsible for providing planning, reporting, and analytical support to help drive business performance, enable strategic planning, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent collaboration skills, and experience working in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Global, Regional and Functional Leaders:
- Partner with global and regional Product and Customer Success Operations teams to collect, validate, and analyze sales and operational data
- Act as a liaison between the leadership and functional leaders (e.g., Product, Finance, Marketing, CSM teams)
Reporting and Dashboard Creation:
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews and executive reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights from key business metrics
Analytical Insights and Business Performance Tracking:
- Provide insights on KPIs such as revenue attainment, operational performance, product adoption and license utilization
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to improve business outcomes
Project and Process Management:
- Assist in managing strategic initiatives and process improvements driven by the CPO/CCSO/COO’s offices
- Ensure timely delivery of operational reports and projects, coordinating across multiple teams
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in consulting, business operations or sales operations roles
- Strong data analysis, reporting and program management experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Proven data visualization and presentation (ppt) skills would be preferable
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements and business optimization
