Location/Division Specific Information

This role is based in South Korea, within our Material & Structural Analysis Division. You will be part of Lab Automation Team.

Discover Impactful Work:

Leading the growth of Lab Automation business, you will help our Semiconductor customers embrace DualBeam™ FIB-SEMs automate sample preparation connected to TEM Metrology automation solutions. This contributes to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

A day in the Life:

  • Cultivate positive connections with key strategic Korea customers to build our application product (AutoTEM™) implementation for Lab automation solution.
  • Develop content that meets the application requirements of the DualBeam™ FIB-SEM and effectively share it with collaborators and customers for seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D partners and Local Field Application engineering team to meet annual revenue plans.

Keys to Success:

  • Detailed and methodical planning and execution of automated DualBeam™ FIB-SEMs application associated with Lab automation business roadmap.
  • Collaborate with key strategic customers and deliver customer’s requirements for automation solution development for DualBeam™ FIB-SEMs sample preparation technology - AutoTEM™.
  • Evaluate new functional application solution and prove its value at customers’ sites including hands-on pre-evaluation.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience

  • 6+ years proven extensive DualBeam™ FIB-SEMs sample preparation and semiconductor customer support experience (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • Ability to understand semiconductor DRAM, NAND and Logic device structures(equivalent experience such as failure analysis is preferred).
  • Experience in image processing software related to Metrology design is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to process complex data to build actionable application design/information.
  • Strong communication and social skills to collaborate with customer and internal teams
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities in English and Korean.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves occasional travel to customer sites and requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
