We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Process Analyst to join our onboarding team. This role focuses on designing, improving, and documenting processes and tools related to onboarding new sellers (Partners) to the Target Plus platform. The ideal candidate will support process improvement efforts, enhance reporting and tools, contribute to cross-functional strategic projects, and work closely with the Product team to ensure alignment with product development and enhancements. A Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design and Improvement:
    • Develop and implement new processes that improve the partner’s onboarding experience
    • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Document processes to ensure clear communication and consistency.
    • Develop and/or drive process and process improvement roadmaps
  • Systems & Tool Enhancements:
    • Enhance reporting mechanisms to provide actionable insights.
    • Identify and implement improvements in tools used for onboarding
    • Partner with the Product team to ensure onboarding processes are aligned with product development and improvements.
    • Provide feedback and insights to the Product team based on process performance and user experience.
  • Strategic Cross-Functional Partnerships:
    • Lead or serve as key stakeholder on cross-functional strategic projects aimed at improving overall process performance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and integration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in an onboarding or integration context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and process documentation software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Six Sigma certification is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in onboarding and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools.
