Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a SharePoint Developer for one of our contracts that offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. - Identify, analyze, and correct active and impending problems with SharePoint
- Support usage of SharePoint by creating accounts, modifying configuration files, or performing whatever actions are needed to allow users and processes to be given access to the product or to be removed from access
- Analyze SharePoint for performance and usage issues and develop configuration and other changes needed to prepare the COTS product for significant changes is usage levels
- Assess applications utilizing SharePoint for impacts due to COTS upgrades, develop plans to implement COTS upgrades, and implement COTS upgrades in such a manner that it minimizes user impact
Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Poly
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering. Ten (10) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- At least four (4) years of experience with SharePoint
- Extensive knowledge of C#
- Ability to work during core hours of 10AM-2PM. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of ASP.NET, and .NET Framework, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services
- Experience with Java, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, XML
- Ability to clearly communicate ambiguous or highly complex concepts to all audiences
- Ability to understand the big picture and align the day-to-day activities to support that picture
The estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual’s education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
