REPORTS TO: Sr. Director - Office of CDIO and Global HR, Finance Digital Partner, Digital Technology Solutions (DTS)
Role Overview:
Join Ingredion Incorporated as our Sr. Principal - HR Solution Architect, Digital Technology Solutions . You’ll lead digital transformation efforts across HR and Shared Services, leveraging your expertise in business processes, architecture principles, and technology. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and competitiveness. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking and effective communication skills to drive digital initiatives to optimize HR and Shared Services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Develop and oversee technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and architectural standards. Analyze business requirements and translate to functional and technical specifications.
Integrations: Identify opportunities to improve existing interfaces and add new integrations across the application portfolio to streamline operations.
Technology Evaluation & Strategy: Assess and recommend digital technology rationalization, optimization and enhancements. Manage timelines, resources, business partner UAT and Value capture.
Stakeholder and Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with DTS Digital Partner, DTS team and business partners to develop and align business objectives with technology roadmaps.
Demand Management: Leverage DTS Demand Management process to prioritize, assess value and gain approval for business partner roadmap priorities.
Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate technology risks including ITGC (IT General Controls) and IT Security / cybersecurity threats.
Budget & Supplier Management: Manage application budgets and forecasts, understand contracts and develop and manage supplier relationships.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on latest trends and evaluate new/emerging technologies. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing processes and use of applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven results in HR and Shared Services systems design, interfaces and optimization.
- Deep expertise in ADP (GlobalView preferred), UKG Kronos Dimensions, Workday, ServiceNow (HR Service Delivery), and Saviynt (or other IAM tools).
- AI / Virtual Agent, Esker and Concur experience a plus.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with the ability to navigate cultural differences and collaborate and influence effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Over 10 years in Digital Technology Systems, with a focus on HR and Shared Services.

Pay Range:
$144,640.00-$192,853.33 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
