Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our Partner Sales Management team. This role will focus on driving and supporting a strategic plan to accelerate and scale the growth of our Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build Alliance partners within the US Financial Services (FS) Insurance & Wealth Management business.
This is a strategic role that combines strategy, sales engagement, and elite level execution, requiring a proactive, results-driven attitude. Success depends on effectively executing a plan to develop and accelerate the growth of our partner ecosystem within the FS business. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships at both the field and executive levels across our partner ecosystem are essential.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute and thrive professionally by:

  • Developing and implementing a go-to-market business plan in collaboration with Area Sales leadership to drive partner-driven sales growth.
  • Ensuring alignment with corporate partnership and channel strategies on a day-to-day basis.
  • Driving focused results to accelerate growth and success.
  • Leveraging deep business knowledge to excel in a highly competitive and evolving marketplace.
  • Partnering with ServiceNow partners to generate new business in existing accounts and untapped markets
  • Building strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the partner ecosystem to motivate and inspire results.
  • Gaining respect through your keen business acumen and ability to make informed decisions with stakeholders for clear, actionable paths forward.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and sales through strategic partner engagements.

  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales and partner sales revenue targets.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with accelerated growth.
  • A strategic mindset that blends consulting and business strategy to create compelling plans for new partner initiatives.
  • A history of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships.
  • Comfort with complexity and the ability to think at multiple levels, applying critical thinking techniques to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross functional team.
  • Experience in building and nurturing differentiated relationships with partners in the SI, Reseller, MSP, and ISV communities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant influenced revenue through partnerships.
  • Comfort working across a variety of internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
  • A willingness and ability to travel as needed.


Qualifications
Desired Skills/Experience/Assets:

  • Extensive business and technology expertise with 5+ years of experience, preferably in Partner Management, Consulting, or Sales, with a proven track record of driving successful business development initiatives.
  • Financial Services Experience to allow for credibility and accelerated ramp time.
  • Experience working with organizations across multiple cities and verticals.
  • Proven experience collaborating with multiple sales teams to drive and build the partner ecosystem.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to contribute independently.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong passion for the business.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,640 - $227,160, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
