About the role and what you'll be doing:
The Sr. Partner Development Manager is responsible for leading Go-To-Market (GTM) for a select group of existing and new partnerships. In this role, you will lead the overall GTM program for a targeted group of Ensono’s key technology partners as well as manage partnerships aligned to Ensono’s vertical practices, which include State and Local Government (SLED), Insurance, and Financial Services. You will identify, assess and stand-up new niche partnerships aligned the Ensono’s strategy and desired business outcomes. You will be responsible for attaining lead generation, pipeline, sales, and revenue goals through your work with those partners you manage. You will project manage multiple workstreams across sales, marketing, product, and procurement teams to meet your goals and attain your desired outcomes.
Key activities include:
- Crafting, gaining joint commitment, and executing joint account plans with partners, which include GTM strategy, “gives/gets” for both sides to position “better together” story, joint sales metrics, co-sell workstreams and tactics.
- Project managing partnership programs, cross-functionally, and for vertical practices, including leading QBRs, governance and cadence, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Identifying assessing and standing up new GTM partnerships an programs with niche technology and vertically aligned partners.
- Driving territory mapping and account mapping with partners to identify, qualify, and cultivate partner sourced leads and opportunities for the Ensono sales and vertical practice teams.
- Leading evangelism, communications, and sales enablement for those partners you manage – crafting and/or refining sales leadership and practitioner presentations, win wires that articulate our partnership “better together” story, sales content/collaterals/tools, and motivational communications.
- Empowering field sales and vertical practice teams with process for seamless alignment to continuously increase joint opportunities and partner generated revenue.
- Keeping pulse on market trends Ensono’s focus vertical industries, identifying new and innovative strategies to GTM with partner and quickly integrating them into partner account plans.
- Establishing and leading cadence with sales/vertical practice leaders and field sellers to review GTM initiatives, opportunities, and account mapping.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Channels and Alliances, including enterprise level partner co-sell, strategic partner account planning and management, and business development
- Proven success in driving leads, pipeline, sales, and revenue through deployment of channel program with partners
- Assertive, proactive, and organized approach to project management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and multiple partners at one-time
- Experience working at and/or partnering with leading technology companies
- Experience delivering partnership and sales success for vertically focused businesses
- Experience in IT infrastructure outsourcing and managed cloud services industries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of large technology organizations
- Experience in SLED, Financial Services and Insurance industries.
- Mastery of legacy IT such as IBM mainframe and mid-range with linkage to modern platforms like public cloud
- Excitement and collaboration experience working with the partner ecosystem.
- Strong desire to achieve and win!

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $102k to $148k annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include a role-based, sales-incentive plan and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
