Job Overview:
The Client Reporting Senior Ops Specialist monitors and analyzes data production files and processes necessary for statement, confirm, prospectus, letter production, and return mail processing. The Senior Ops Specialist will also be responsible for managing daily exception reports and communicating to our print vendor the resolution of open issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills, and be a team player with a positive attitude. This candidate will be needed to work across the organization and be responsive to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Participate and often manage mailing projects
- Participate in the monthly statement production process, Beta Data review and Statement review
- Review the daily letter reconciliations of 30+ letters and creation of audit packets
- Create access queries and reports for data analysis of transmission files
- Daily audit of print vendor volume to our books and records provider transmission files for daily and monthly mailings.
- Conduct trade confirmation review to ensure transaction data presentation is complete and accurate
- Download and parse CSV data files from our print vendor site using Excel and Access
- Manage daily/monthly exception reports on statement, confirms, letter and prospectus delivery
- Compile daily and monthly audit reports
- Perform quality control and user acceptance testing
- Help Supporting internal and external audit process
- Participate in testing various projects impacting the team
What are we looking for?

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of industry experience (preferably Statement Communications/Client Reporting) in Operations
Core Competencies:
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Verbal and written communication skills that can be used to develop effective data stories for various audiences.
- Critical thinking skills with an ability to translate business problems into an analytical design framework.
- Strong attention to detail with a pro-active approach to solving and preventing problems
Preferences:
- Adobe CS5, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and other data analytical skills strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Pay Range:
$16.73-$27.88/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
