The Role

The Sr. Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and monitoring operations and programming closely in conjunction with leaders and functional areas of the business. This role works to collaborate with leaders on executing key operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, support financial modeling, and influence operational efficiency.
  • Engage in the evaluation and optimization of processes by identifying significant areas for improvement through analytics.
  • Develop and refine reports and dashboards to provide more advanced insights while continuously tracking and updating key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather data, understand operational challenges, and make recommendations for efficiency.
  • Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years relevant work experience

 Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
