We are searching for an experienced C# .NET Software Engineer II to join our rapidly growing Hyderabad Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and implementing products. Additional responsibilities include reviewing functional and technical requirements, performing research, designing solutions, and developing code primarily in C# for a web-based enterprise application.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigates problem areas.
- Follows the software development lifecycle.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Works closely with the Product Owner and scrum team(s) to help deliver high quality features inside of agreed timescales.
- Writes code for web, desktop, and database applications. Think creatively to fully utilize the .Net platform.
- Provides technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries where appropriate
- Serve as an expert on applications and improve existing software.
- Championing culture of personal ownership and customer focused execution.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Framework and .Net Core
- OO concepts and design patterns
- SQL and relational database concepts
- Modern .NET web & windows frameworks
- Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices. Azure DevOps is a plus
- Modern source control systems (Git, BitBucket, TFS, etc.)
- Knowledge of UI/UX frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap, Jquery, Typescript
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Agile, Scrum, XP, TDD
- RESTful API’s and XAML
- Functional programming experience
- Knowledge of Design Patterns
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
