Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing account management staff in the continued and increased growth by negotiating renewals or selling products and services to existing customers, understanding customer needs, and providing customer support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years managed care account management experience.
• State Insurance License.
• 7 years successful record in managed care account management/account servicing experience.
• 2 years leadership/supervisory/management experience.
• Sales/marketing strategy development experience.
• Knowledge of managed care products, processes, and trends.
• Management of complex managed care accounts.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel including overnight stays.
• Ability to address customer needs and make sound decisions.
• Ability to build strong customer relations.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics: analytical, visionary, calculated, proactive, forward-thinking, decisive, tactical and data-driven.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$96,400.00 - $144,500.00
