The Sr. Marketing Strategist for the hospital and health system market develops marketing initiatives for segments, solutions, and campaigns with the guidance of business and marketing leadership. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is a combination of guiding strategy and execution, leading the way with research and messaging and then running comprehensive multi-channel campaigns. This role is primarily responsible for timely, organized campaign execution, while actively incorporating an understanding of the markets, product, and users into positioning, and tactics that resonate with buyers.
A day in the life.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with a VP of Marketing of the hospital and health system business units to plan, execute, and report on marketing activities.
- Guiding marketing programs and ensuring channel effectiveness, measurable results, and timely follow-up by sales team.
- Working with solutions management to support new product launches, retention campaigns, and monitoring selling of strategic add-ons.
- Collaborating with leadership to manage creative and development for demand generation programs such as advertising, content marketing and product marketing.
- Managing development and execution of webinar campaigns including coordinating speakers, promotion strategy, in-webinar logistics, post-webinar follow-up, and analysis.
- Driving email marketing programs including strategy, calendar, content creation and execution, as well as landing page and program creation in Marketo.
- Working with the events team to manage currently planned events and identifying new potential events; supporting sales outreach to drive qualified new prospects to events; and managing and tracking the follow-up process post-event.
- Planning, creating, owning, and maintaining social media campaigns.
- Working closely with sales team to accelerate sales efforts and support bookings and revenue goals, and actively monitor and report on demo requests, MQL generation, conversion, and influence.
- Creating and evolving messaging for presentations and outbound talk tracks to optimize for conversion.
- May be expected to travel as much as 10-15% of the time to represent the company at tradeshows and internal events around the country.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4-6 years related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Do you stand above the rest?
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on use of Marketo or another marketing automation platform
- Understanding of the transitions of care space or healthcare tech space
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Content development and writing experience, such as webinars, white papers, or blogs
- Basic understanding of sales organization dynamics and pipeline generation tactics
