As Sr. Marketing Manager End User, you’ll be responsible for the monetization of residents through higher registration attachment rates, increased utilization and fee collection.

Your role in our future:

  • Design and execute all end user marketing strategies to ensure maximum demand and usage.
  • Create and execute all resident facing campaigns responsible for increases in registration rates and adoption.
  • Create weekly dashboards and KPI’s to report on process and attachment rates for new residents.
  • Work with product and marketing to implement enhancements and processes to drive registration at communities when observed.
  • Help drive monetization strategies to deliver all resident reoccurring fee targets.
  • Work to collaborate with CIC team to ensure end user registration strategies are communicated and aligned with call center activities.
  • Create comprehensive feedback loop and satisfaction reporting methodology to share with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the CSM and marketing team to create and execute an optimized nonintegrated community registration process and nurture program.
  • Evaluate and adjust strategies to meet and exceed all end user KPI’s.
  • Talk to end users and Property managers to determine pain points in usage and registration process and recommend improvements
  • Responsible for Monitoring and reporting on reoccurring resident fees
  • Translate reporting into actionable insights, going beyond just presenting the numbers to drive strategic decisions.
  • Leverage accumulated marketing and locker knowledge to assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare key sections of a monthly operations report and help develop new reports as needs arise.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of operations experience required.
  • Experience in Multifamily industry is a plus.
  • Experience and proficiency of Salesforce
  • Organized working style, ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, multitask and stage workload to meet overlapping deadlines.
  • Strong creative thinking, communication, written and verbal.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills are a must!

This position has a salary range of:

$98,200.00 - $147,300.00

Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
