JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to guide and manage our Process Solutions Business Unit’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and certain tactical operations. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure inventory, purchasing and logistics processes are running smoothly and efficiently to achieve business goals. Process Solutions is focused on delivering fluid and gas management solutions and is comprised of multiple businesses, including Power Service, Odessa Pumps, FlexFlow, EcoVapor, and Trojan Rentals. Process Solutions integrates reliable and sustainable solutions over the life cycle of our customers’ fluid and gas management needs. The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in helping Process Solutions achieve their profitable growth strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work across the multiple Process Solutions businesses to optimize the supply chain for the entirety of Process Solutions, while keeping each individual businesses’ needs in mind.
- Develop, implement, and leverage supply chain strategies & tools that support business goals. Must work in collaboration with the Process Solutions Leadership Team, our corporate DNOW Supply Chain organization, and our Process Optimization organization.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to properly balance cash cycle goals, risk mitigation, cost competitiveness, and business growth needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships and contracts.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Analyze data from throughout the entire supply chain to find and correct bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all DNOW policies, systems, regulations, and laws governing supply chain activities.
- Other related responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field. Master’s Degree or similar experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of supply chain procedures and concepts.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership abilities and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, supply chain management software, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of database/reporting tools such as SQL PowerBI and PowerQuery a plus.
- Confident self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision.
- Flexible team player.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with additional travel likely needed in Year 1.
