About Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to join our Founder's Office and play a critical role in scaling our business functions. This role requires a hands-on, execution-oriented professional who thrives in ambiguity and excels at problem-solving. You will work closely with the co-founders across go-to-market, enterprise sales, product strategy, investor relations, analytics, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Conduct workshops, engage with customers, and leverage market research to refine our product roadmap.

Go-To-Market & Growth: Build and optimize marketing strategies, generate top-of-the-funnel leads, and establish new channels and partnerships.

Enterprise Solution Design: Lead client demos, develop customized solutions, craft compelling proposals, and serve as an account manager for marquee clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collect and relay client feedback to sales, customer success, legal, and tech teams to drive product and process improvements.

Business Operations: Support co-founders in KPIs reporting, investor relations, sales enablement, process automation, and hiring.
Who You Are:

4+ years of post-MBA experience in Private Equity, Consulting, or Investment Banking at firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, or BlackRock.

Background in business research, consulting, or investment banking with strong analytical skills.

MBA from a top-tier institution, with a strong academic background and proven strategic acumen.

Prior experience in sales/marketing and business operations preferred.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Hands-on and execution-focused with a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to build and manage key client relationships.
