The Harry's Inc working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The Sr. Manager of Sales, Walmart US & Canada is an important role leading our Walmart retail partnership across our beyond shave categories (hair & body) with Walmart US and our Walmart Canada partnership.. This role will have a direct impact on the company’s future growth as they will continue to build scale and significantly broaden the awareness for our brands. For this role, we are looking for an experienced and well rounded customer development leader – one who understands the Walmart customer needs and requirements, while translating and implementing the Harry’s vision in retail formats. As this role works across almost all Harry’s Inc. functions (Brand, Insights, Analytics, Supply Chain, etc.), we need a teammate who can collaborate across functions, develop strategies, and effectively communicate across teams to enable partner functions to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role also requires strong organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and a continuous improvement attitude.


About the Team

The Retail Sales organization is a critical function that drives Harry’s Inc. omni-channel strategy and growth with our mass market and specialty retail partners. The Retail Sales organization is responsible for all customer development activities at each retailer, encouraging relationships across all functions – merchandising, marketing, store operations, supply chain, and omni-channel development.

Your core responsibilities

  • Lead customer development activity handling Harry’s Hair, Body Wash, and APDEO at Walmart US, and our total Walmart Canada business 
  • Develop and implement category/country specific annual business plans for Walmart that delivers on revenue and profit goals and works across company channel strategy
  • Build outstanding relationships within Walmart merchants to drive optimized outcomes for our brands
  • Lead customer development, sales analytics, JBP, and forecasting needs, as well as project management and strategic execution for Walmart
  • Manage the P&L for relevant categories at Walmart including all elements of trade spend

  • Internally: Your primary connections will be with analytics, brand, supply chain, and demand planning 
  • Externally: You will work closely with Walmart’s merchant teams and cross-functional partners, including Walmart Connect and Replenishment.
  • You'll report to the Sr. Director of Retail Sales, Walmart

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $118,000-$162,250, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
