Leidos' Corporate Finance and Business Operations team has an immediate need for a Sr. Manager of Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (RE&WS) Finance to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the team lead for the RE&WS Finance function helping to manage all day-to-day activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • First level reviewer/approver for RE&WS plan and forecast data (reporting packages, service center plans, FRS/Fusion and Insight loads, etc)
  • First level reviewer/approver for RE&WS transactions (allocations and other journal entries, accruals, purchase requisitions, invoice reviews, etc)
  • Helps manage team achieve periodic and quarterly close requirements (variance reporting, DCMA audit support, etc)
  • Serve as the technical SME for the REWS team covering areas such as Lease Accounting, Impairment Accounting, and Government Compliance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in financial, business administration, or related field along with 12+ years of relevant experience (including compliance, rates, program finance control and operations finance) or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Leidos’ Indirect Rate Structure & Business Architecture along with Cost Accounting practices.
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Excel and/or other similar desktop tools that provide capabilities to collect and analyze information.
  • Ability to work independently and implement new standards, processes, and solutions. Strong organization, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Partner with Sector and Corporate leadership to strategize and execute real estate strategies that deliver on requirements and drive savings to the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ASC 842 (Lease accounting)
  • Experience with Costpoint/Deltek
  • Experience with Service Centers
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with Oracle SmartView and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) highly desirable

Pay Range:Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
