The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing our revenue operations processes to drive revenue growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of revenue operations best practices. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Drive sales strategy and planning by helping develop key GTM team objectives and their measurement 
  • Ongoing administration, enablement, and optimization of new and existing platforms and tools
  • Prioritize internal system requests/issues and actioning promptly, based on business need 
  • Oversee and optimize all revenue operations processes, sales enablement, sales forecasting, territory management and deal management
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance 
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align revenue goals and drive collaboration
  • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement 
  • Assist team with optimizing revenue operations systems and tools 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable processes and policies 

What You'll Bring: 

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, preferably in a scale-up/hyper growth environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with Salesforce and customizing Salesforce to align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes 
  • Experience with managing Outreach or similar Sales Engagement software 
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills 
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales and revenue data 

This is a remote-friendly role. Ideally, candidates will sit in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MA, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, PA, OR, OH, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI

Compensation: $135,000 - $145,000 per year + Bonus + Equity. The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time. All applicants acknowledge that by applying to this position you understand that this specific pay range is contingent upon meeting the qualifications and requirements of the role, and for the successful completion of the interview selection and process. It is at the Company's discretion to determine what pay is provided to a candidate within the range associated with the role
