About the Role

“Build a Relationship, Make it Easy, and Think Ahead”. This role centers around our Purchase Finance team, which offers attractive financing to both the elective healthcare and private education markets.
We are looking for an experienced person who can simultaneously think strategically about activities across key internal functions, while also inspiring business performance and strategic execution at a team and associate level. This is a management role with several direct reports who in turn lead teams of 12-18 Associates.
What You'll Do
- Oversee business operations – Accountable for the performance of Purchase Finance Operations teams, managing a complex environment with multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email, text) and coordinating both internal and external teams
- Collaborate with internal leaders and partners across a matrix organization to design and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and mentor 2+ Team Leads in a high-paced, data-driven environment, fostering continuous growth and performance
- Inspire, motivate, and challenge teams to achieve performance excellence, consistently meeting or exceeding program objectives
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Analytics, People Success, and other departments to lead initiatives addressing evolving regulatory requirements and audit demands
- Provide strategic consultation on key initiatives as needed to support business objectives
About You
- 5-10 years of experience in a management role of progressive responsibility
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing in a highly regulated line of business while adhering to legal/regulatory framework
- Experience defining and implementing metrics and/or adjusting current metrics based on business demands and needs
- A strong problem solver and collaborator with an interest in making the business better for customers and team members
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple org levels, including communicating and presenting to senior level leadership
- Excel and Tableau experience is a plus
Work Location

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
