Job Description
The Senior Manager, Omni Shopper Marketing - Club is an integral part of the WM/Club Shopper Marketing team within the Sales Customer Development Organization. This individual supports area leadership, owns the management of the Walmart marketing budget for key categories, spearheads strategic annual planning of key drive periods at retail and acts as the main contact and trusted adviser to internal and external partners.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Provide Shopper Marketing leadership, tactic expertise, and key point of contact to Customer(s)
• Own budget management/reporting and ongoing process improvement for Customer(s)
• Steer strategic annual planning of key marketing activations and strategy in-store and online
• Partner with BU and Central Marketing Teams to identify and develop shopper programs that
align with both customer objectives as well as internal sales and brand team goals
• Brief agency team(s) and internal partners on shopper marketing activations, providing clear guidance on success criteria
• Adapt strategies and tactics based on real time performance data
• Build compelling selling tools to aid the field with securing retailer support of key promotions
• Establish new routines and rituals to improve communication and knowledge sharing between
the field, BU, and leadership
• Own relationship with creative agency team for the Customer(s)
• Tailor brand strategies to Walmart environment for optimized shopper experiences, to deliver sales, market share, and improved ROI
Expected Experience & Required Skills
• Consumer package goods industry experience or similar experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong sales, finance, category planning and/or analytical background
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
• Ability to effectively summarize sophisticated information upwards and influence sales
• leadership to drive appropriate action
• Strong at forging internal/external relationships and commanding trust/respect of others
• Proven track record to coordinate a strategic vision and a team of individuals in a fast-paced,
• results driven environment
• Knowledge of retailers and broker environment
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
