This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for the administration of employee benefit programs funded through a captive insurance model. The position will focus on cost management, compliance and alignment with regional/global benefits objectives. The role will collaborate with internal stake holders (e.g., Captive Board, Regional and Global Total Rewards Leads, Global Mobility, Finance, Legal, etc.) and external partners (consultants, actuaries, carriers, etc.) to ensure delivery of benefits that aligns with financial and culture objectives of the organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop the overall direction policies, procedures and approach for Performance and Rewards ensuring close alignment with business strategy and market competitiveness through tracking market practices and trends and subsequently strategically managing compensation
- Own the design and development of globally consistent plans, frameworks and toolkits, providing thought leadership to ensure they are in service of the business strategy and future-focused including policy and program design for pensions and recognition, tracking legislation and compliance changes that may affect compensation plans
- Collaborate with other CoE's to define priorities and effort, providing direction and guidance where required and to ensure close alignment within our own CoE
- Be a strong partner to the HR Leadership Team on (HR) business priorities
- Pre-empt future HR and People considerations through use of data and analytics, leveraging insights to proactively seek and implement solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategy
- Own the management of relevant HR vendors and relationships and partners with CoE Specialists to develop strategic partnerships that are in service of business strategy
- `Partner with My Rewards Lead and People Services Operations Lead to translate the BU specific rewards policies for execution within People Services and to ensure alignment to global ways of working and the effective implementation of compensation programs across the globe

- Broad business acumen and systems thinking, continuous learning approach to the business and strong curiosity to understand others' contexts
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, HR, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in employee benefits, captive insurance management, or risk management within a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of global employee benefits, insurance principles, and captive insurance structures.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance for employee benefits, particularly in a captive or self-insured environment.
- Analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and data interpretation.
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
