Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation will take ownership of highly visible, complex finance and business transformation programs designed to enable operational excellence, support business growth, and enhance overall financial effectiveness within the organization. This role will partner with senior executives and finance leaders to design and implement initiatives that address critical financial challenges. The role is responsible for developing transformation plans, overseeing program execution, and ensuring that transformation efforts deliver measurable value.
Expected Duties:
- Will own and manage large-scale, cross-functional finance transformation programs, ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, and drive initiatives focused on financial process optimization, operational scalability, and efficiency
- The role will collaborate with executive leadership, particularly the CFO and finance teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment across the business. Act as a key advisor to executives on operational improvements and strategic execution
- Expected to develop plans, roadmaps, and timelines for initiatives while identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining a focus on program objectives and deliverables
- Will drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining financial processes, optimizing financial workflows, and reducing inefficiencies across the finance and accounting functions through leveraging industry best practices and data-driven insights to implement sustainable changes
- Expected to develop and lead change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of transformation efforts across the business through implementing effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans to foster buy-in and reduce resistance to change
- The role will lead cross-functional project teams and foster collaboration across finance, accounting, IT, operations, and other departments to ensure initiatives are executed cohesively
- Will use advanced analytics and key performance metrics to track progress, measure success, refine initiatives, and ensure programs drive measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in finance transformation, management consulting, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional finance transformation programs with measurable impact on business performance
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-phase finance transformation projects, including planning, resourcing, risk management, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of initiatives.
- Experience with financial systems implementation and optimizing financial processes such as order-to-cash (O2C), record-to-report (R2R), procure-to-pay (P2P), and financial reporting within B2B SaaS environments.
- Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Experience developing and leading change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives, and minimizing disruption

Salary range of $150,000 - $218,000. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
