The Digital Shelf Team's mission is to drive organic growth for our Kraft Heinz brands by optimizing our shoppers' experience across eCommerce retailers. We aspire to create the best digital shelf experience in the industry through a deep understanding of our brands, shoppers, and retailers.
The Digital Shelf Senior Manager will be a strategic leader in the Digital Shelf Team through ownership of end-to-end Digital Shelf strategy and execution for Amazon, Walmart, and Club customers.
This requires close collaboration with cross-functionals and external partners to identify real-time and long-term opportunities for their customers in the areas of SEO, content effectiveness, syndication, ratings and reviews, and taxonomy. The Senior Manager will utilize digital shelf analytics, uncover insights, drive measurement, and scale to maximize visibility and conversion rates on the digital shelf.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Holds end-to-end organic growth responsibility for Amazon, Walmart, and Club customers. Leverages content intelligence, customer partnerships, and digital shelf tools to establish the strategy and lead the execution of processes to drive Organic Product Placement, Sales, Market Share, and Content Accuracy for customers under responsibility.
• SEO Enhancement: Improves product search rankings through keyword analysis, on-page optimization, and other SEO techniques.
• Content Effectiveness: Analyzes content performance and makes data-driven recommendations to enhance product descriptions, images, and videos for improved consumer engagement and conversions.
• Syndication and Content Management: Works with agency partners and vendor platforms to syndicate product content accurately and efficiently across retailer platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Ratings and Reviews Management: Implements strategies to increase positive product reviews and ratings, while addressing and resolving negative feedback effectively.
• Taxonomy Management: Develops and maintains a structured product taxonomy that aligns with retailer requirements, enhancing searchability and navigation for customers.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for test & learns to further understand organic growth opportunities within Amazon, Walmart, and Club customers and leads their execution through to completion. Analyses results, derives key learnings, and establishes process for learning adoption and continuous improvement.
• Partners closely with Omni-Shopper Marketing, Sales, and key external partners to align on business opportunities, drive execution, and measure results.
• Reports on digital shelf performance, shares strategic initiatives, identifies and delivers learnings with organization and leadership as required.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
• Proven experience in digital shelf management, eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, or a related field. CPG experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in eCommerce marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with PIM platforms like Salsify & Syndigo is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across many cross-functional teams.
• Leadership skills to complete problem-solving tasks and make decisions autonomously.
• Ability to think strategically about information that will help stakeholders understand opportunities and impact on the business.
• Strong analytical skills, able to pinpoint opportunities based off performance indicators.
• Ability to leverage insights for continuous process improvement.
• Ability to take ownership of the business and lead.
• Multi-tasker who can manage projects across multiple categories at once.
• Naturally inquisitive, highly driven, and very self-sufficient.
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
