The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager, Corporate Accounts and Loyalty to join BeautyHealth’s growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with corporate accounts, driving business growth, and overseeing loyalty initiatives for our Hydrafacial® and Perk™ products. The Senior Manager will play a key role in developing strategies to acquire, retain, and engage corporate partners while building out compelling loyalty programs that foster long-term brand loyalty and enhance customer lifetime value.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies, in partnership with Corporate Account sales team, to acquire and manage key corporate accounts, including medical spas, wellness/hotel centers, and large franchise/multi-location partners.

Cultivate strong relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and create tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Lead the execution of a comprehensive corporate loyalty program that drives retention, increases sales, and enhances customer engagement across our corporate partners, in partnership with Global Marketing and Sales

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on account goals, ensure consistency in messaging, and drive joint initiatives for corporate accounts and loyalty programs.

Leverage data and analytics to monitor account performance and loyalty program success. Use insights to adjust strategies and ensure program effectiveness and overall business growth.

Design and implement loyalty and incentive programs that resonate with corporate accounts, aligning with their business objectives while driving engagement with Hydrafacial® and Perk™ products.

Provide corporate accounts with the tools, resources, and training necessary to promote and sell Hydrafacial® and Perk™ products effectively.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of corporate accounts and loyalty programs. Regularly report on progress, making adjustments to strategies based on data and feedback.

Act as the voice of the corporate customer internally, gathering feedback and insights to inform product and program improvements. Advocate for the needs of corporate partners to ensure customer-centric solutions.

Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional initiatives that engage corporate accounts and drive brand loyalty. Represent BeautyHealth at key industry events and trade shows to build brand presence and corporate relationships.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate account management, sales, or loyalty program development, preferably within the beauty, health, or wellness industry.

Loyalty Program Expertise: Strong experience in creating, managing, and optimizing customer loyalty programs, with a proven track record of driving engagement and retention.

Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate clients.

Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and use insights to drive strategic decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners at all levels.

Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.

Customer-Centric: A passion for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the beauty, medical aesthetics, and wellness industries, particularly in relation to product sales, customer engagement, and loyalty program trends.
(Base Salary Pay Range: $105,000 - $124,000/ annually)
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees.
