Position Description:
Ceribell is looking for a Commercial Strategy and Operations Manager to support its sales organization. This role is both highly strategic in terms of developing programs to improve sales productivity, and then operational in following through on the strategy to ensure implementation, tracking, and impact.
The right candidate will be a highly analytical self-starter that can develop program-level strategy and goals and dive into account-level execution with the sales team. A background with a mix of consulting and sales enablement experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Support Ceribell’s Account Acquisition (AA) team, which is responsible for closing new accounts, through:
- Developing and continuously improving the sales playbook
- Create programs and initiatives to improve sales productivity
- Developing metrics and reporting to improve manage
- Creating tools for the sales reps and sales managers to improve productivity
- Supporting with regional targeting and regional IDN strategic planning
Support Ceribell’s project implementation management team (PIM) which is responsible for implementing Ceribell’s solution at accounts
- Identifying best practices and driving process improvement
- Develop metrics, tracking, and reporting process
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, IT, or other analytics-related fields.
- Advanced degree (PhD., M.D.) preferred but not needed
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Life Sciences commercial enablement, sales operations, or similar fields
- Experience in a consulting setting is highly preferred
- Experience working with life sciences sales / commercial organizations
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Can cultivate deep and trusting relationships with the sales organization
- Strong analytical skills (excel)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail oriented
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan. Compensation Range
$180,000—$210,000 USD
