About This Role
The Sr. Manager, Campaign Analytics BI&O (Biogen Intelligence & Operations) will work closely with marketing teams, AA&O, and vendors and agencies to provide insights on media and web streams across all therapeutic areas. You will partner closely with US Marketing, US BIO, and creative agencies to develop data driven insights and analysis to support all customer lifecycles.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with brand marketing on recommended customer segmentation strategy within campaigns. Involves providing recommendations on starting, stopping, and continuing specific campaigns/ media to align with customer journey
• Partner with brand marketing to provide creative recommendations on media and campaigns. Including analysis around what content is driving the most engagement on the website
• Extensive experience in deep-dive analysis on customer attributes to produce quality insights that drive business strategies and value
• Efficient analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly scope and deliver on an analytical ask and to work iteratively to refine a solution as needed
• Partner with Data & Analytics, MDH, Web teams on paid media data and Power BI reporting projects for enhancing campaign insights. Manage PHM BI team and partner with brand team and PHM Media on media testing and optimization
• Extensive experiences with developing and evolving customer segmentation frameworks to provide strategic recommendations when designing CRM streams
• Subject matter expert on all list buys. Partner with Accenture on reporting from SFMC on list buys across all therapeutic areas
• Responsible for monitoring lead generation (social & website sources) and suppression to ensure that data is flowing into Biogen databases correctly

Required Skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess business results of marketing campaigns
• Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to derive insight and recommendations from data
• Strong analytical and quantitative skill set, including knowledge of advanced statistical modeling approaches
• Familiarity with data warehouse mining/reporting and data manipulation tools (eg SQL, SAS, R, Power BI, Tableau)
• High intellectual curiosity, that can proactively identify and lead analyses that yield actionable insights
• Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with the expertise to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure PowerPoint deliverables
• Strong Excel modeling skills
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred
