Role Objective: In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the MDLZ Cakes & Pastries (C&P) innovation pipeline design & development work by partnering with the Director C&P Innovation in crafting long term strategy & MDLZ C&P (new aisle) Go to Market Playbook and Pilot roadmap design & execution. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be instrumental in ensuring that Mondelez is set up for success in the C&P space. Responsibilities:
- Support the development of brand innovation strategy, in partnership with the Director to develop a multi-year innovation agenda that aligns with the C&P growth strategy and financial targets.
- Partner with C&P I&A to build consumer/shopper driver & barrier understanding for the category, by bringing independent analysis to support development of deep understanding of the consumer, brand, and category dynamics to inform winning, relevant innovation across channels.
- Lead category situation assessment & consumer -shopper opportunity framing for MDLZ category growth story development.
- Partners with Director Innovation to develop long term MDLZ enterprise C&P innovation pipeline to deliver AC -SP growth ambition, and lead innovation process on key big bets brand-format bundles embracing Agile methodology
- Define consumer -channel opportunity. Development and validation of concepts
- Develop compelling proposition /concepts which can deliver category growth.
- Partner CFT to develop winning prod-pack bundles which delight consumer & win vs comp
- Design and execute agile Test & Learns to refine bundles based on in marker learnings.
- Delivery & execution of the multi-year innovation agenda from concept to launch; collaborating closely with the cross functional teams (inclusive of Sales & RGM) to develop channel and customer level understanding to inform packaging, pricing, placement approach for innovation
- Leads and collaborates with cross functional team through feasibility, commercialization & launch of the innovation
- Works closely with sales, consumer insights & finance to develop new item forecasts and projections that align with our financial hurdles, and mitigate waste potential
- Develops sales facing selling stories and communications in support of innovation sell in
- Post launch tracking and integration of learnings into pipeline innovation development
- Ability to work with various agencies to develop consumer centric innovation bundles
- Partner Director C&P Innovation on MDLZ C&P Go to market playbook development (Shelving, RGM led PPA - promotion, activation strategy and Pilots roadmap design and execution.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Consumer marketing acumen with a deep understanding of innovation process to launch new to market bundles.
- Prior C&P category knowledge including consumer-shopper & competition dynamics understanding a critical requirement to succeed. Agile mindset must; experience with Agile ways of working preferred.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the agility and know-how to navigate the organization across functions.
- Highly analytical with strong conceptual skills, understanding customer needs not only rationally but also emotionally
- 7+ number of Year experience
For salaried roles based: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,900 - $184,150; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. (for Band I+ also include... and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program).
