Job Description:

Position Summary

Sr. Business Systems Analysts to drive initiatives of all sizes across the business function. In this individual contributor role, maintain an understanding of the business and serve as the primary point of contact from IT for business line executives, managers and other key contacts. Work with teams to get all business units integrated for SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure, ServiceNow and Tableau.  Design and support CF specific Costing solution and provide the required support to Business during month end and year end closing activities. Apply experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation for Finance, Controlling and Actual costing solutions. Work with reporting team on design and develop EHANA reports belongs to Finance and costing solutions. Apply experience in SAP S4 HANA Finance solutions including Fixed asset, Treasury, General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Business processes.

  • Lead solutions through the system's life cycle following through from inception to go live and beyond.

  • Serve as integral part of SAP S4/HANA transformation from SAP ECC.  Act as an SME for Cost Center accounting (CCA), Product Cost Accounting (CO-PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) modules in SAP.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement technical solutions.

  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.

  • Deliver functional and technical requirements to development teams.

  • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Define any new business requirements and define requirements and testing in Hp ALM tool.

  • Apply experience in actual costing and FIFO methodology; SAP S4 HANA upgrades; SAP Finance areas including Fixed Asset Management, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger.

  • Participate in the selection of requirements documentation software solutions that the organization may opt to use.

  • Apply experience in participation in the ServiceNow change process, attending Change Board Meeting as a representative.

  • Advise decision makers by providing insightful data visualizations and reports to drive impactful business decisions.

  • Lead New acquisitions / New CF products costing using Standard SAP S4 solutions in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors.

  • Drive projects end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the way. 

  • Ensure that all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology as directed by Project Management team; clearly and frequently communicate the status to stakeholders and project teams.

  • Assist in conducting research on SAP S4 HANA Finance and Controlling solutions to meet agreed-upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies for future needs. Define Scope and strategy of quality assurance to keep the business systems current and reliable.

  • Apply experience preparing functional specification documents and provide clear guidance to Technical and reporting developers.

  • Manage operational activities on projects and enhancements, including monitoring resource needs, preparing documentations, status reports, key issues and/or change controls.

  • Analyze the overall health of business systems at CF through system issue tracking using Service Now and cross-functional alignment.

  • Establish and implement processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements. 

  • Ensure that established processes/procedures are followed as designed.  Work with Internal Controls Department to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed. 

  • Develop and implement corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Applicant’s experience must include:

  • Experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation in areas on Finance and Controlling.

  • Experience in actual costing and FIFO methodology.

  • Experience in SAP S4 HANA upgrades.

  • Experience in SAP Finance areas including Fixed Asset Management, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger.

  • Experience in preparing functional specification documents and provide clear guidance to technical and reporting developers.

  • Experience in participation in the ServiceNow change process, attending Change Board Meeting as a representative.

  • Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Minimum education and experience requirements:

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master of Science in Software Engineering, Computer Networking, related field or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience as Sr. Business Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, or related occupation.

ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must have Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Computer Networking, related field or equivalent and 5 years of relevant work experience as Sr. Business Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, or related occupation.

Base annual salary range: $151,815.00 to $156,815.00.  The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role.

In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a protentional of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer’s contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
