Sr. Implementation Manager

About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to support the rapid growth of Shutterstock’s AI Business. This role will play a critical part in onboarding new partners, creating seamless experiences for existing partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to execute complex, high-impact transactions. You’ll also provide technical support and help define and scale best practices to ensure long-term partner success.

The Day to Day

• Act as a subject matter expert supporting our AI Business partnerships by providing technical consultation and support throughout the pre- and post-sales lifecycle. Collaborate closely with New Business, Partner Management teams, and partners to ensure a seamless experience.

• Lead end-to-end onboarding processes, including but not limited to data delivery coordination, invoice management, and delivery tracking to ensure strong partner experiences and timely, accurate execution in line with agreement terms.

• Work cross-functionally with technical, financial, and operational teams across Shutterstock to resolve issues, strengthen partner relationships, and enable long-term success.

• Support customer implementation of new products and solutions.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation to achieve our strategic objectives.

• Independently plan and execute projects to optimize team processes, scalability, and performance.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 4-6 years of experience working with customers, managing product integrations, and supporting complex transactions in Product or Technology partnerships.

• A solid technical background is a plus.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively with internal departments to meet business needs.

• Critical thinker with the ability to understand complex problems and suggest timely solutions.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record in consistently exceeding performance targets.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.
 
The pay range for this position is below:

    • 115,000 - 135,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
