Sr. IAM Engineer - Operations

Summary:
We are looking for a highly talented Sr. IAM Engineer specializing in Active Directory and Okta to be a part of the Corporate IT Team responsible for monitoring and supporting daily operations and contributing to long-term strategy and architecture. You will work closely with other team members and manage incident queue for IAM , handling escalations promptly while meeting SLA’s. You will work in an environment that is collaborative, innovative, fun, and build relationships with software developers and infrastructure team members along the way.
Responsibilities
- Triage, address or re-route daily incidents and tasks raised by our customers
- Troubleshoot production issues, including defects , design flaws and coding errors.
- Perform Regular maintenance tasks such as daily heath checks and system performance checks and address any issues.
- Integrate and support applications with SSO solution(s) primarily being Okta.
- Assist in architectural decisions related to Okta platform including onboarding, offboarding, access requests.
- Assist in testing and QA for Okta customization development efforts
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for supported systems and work processes
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
- Develop and implement group policies to enhance security and streamline user experience.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in IT industry with, minimum 3+ years’ experience supporting Okta and Active Directory.
- Experience with developing Okta rules and Active Directory Integration.
- Experience of access provisioning, de-provisioning, role administration.
- Experience with directories (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory), SSO, Federation, delegated administration, API gateways.
- Experience with DNS (Windows Active Directory DNS) record / zone management, replication. Ability to interface well with cross functional teams
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Significant experience with a diverse set of technologies, including various programming languages such as PowerShell , python etc.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Nice to have Okta Certification.
