Summary:  

We are looking for a highly talented Sr. IAM Engineer to be a part of the Identity and Access Management(IAM) Team within Illumina’s GIS(Corporate IT) organization. You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting daily IAM operations and contributing to long-term strategy and architecture. You will work closely with other team members and manage incident queue for IAM , handling escalations promptly while meeting SLA’s. You will work in an environment that is collaborative, innovative, fun, and build relationships with software developers and infrastructure team members along the way. 

Responsibilities  

  • Triage, address or re-route daily incidents and tasks raised by our customers 

  • Troubleshoot production issues, including defects , design flaws and coding errors. 

  • Perform Regular maintenance tasks such as daily heath checks and system performance checks and address any issues. 

  • Integrate and support applications with SSO solution(s). 

  • Perform staging, launching, and closing of access certification campaigns for both SOX and non-SOX activities. 

  • Assist in software architectural decisions related to of Sailpoint IDM platform including access requests, connector development, certification implementation, and validation processes 

  • Assist in testing and QA for Sailpoint customization development efforts 

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for supported systems and work processes 

  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.

Requirements  

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT industry with, minimum 3+ years’ experience supporting enterprise-level Identity and Access Managements solutions through custom development  

  • Experience with developing/supporting IDM workflows, rules and integration logic using BeanShell and Java. 

  • Experience of access provisioning, de-provisioning, role administration. 

  • Worked on SailPoint REST, Active Directory, DBAT, SCIM, etc. connectors. 

  • Experience with directories (Azure AD, Active Directory), SSO, Federation, delegated administration, API gateways. 

  • Worked on setting up different SailPoint attestation/certifications. 

  • Ability to proactively collaborate by sharing information, managing knowledge across many technology domains, and championing solutions for broad adoption of IAM solutions. 

  • Ability to interface well with cross functional teams 

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Significant experience with a diverse set of technologies, including various programming languages such as PowerShell , python etc. 

  • Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, HIPAA, etc.) 

  • Nice to have SailPoint IIQ and/or Okta Certified.

Education  

  • BS Software Development or equivalent experience
