Sr. HRIS Administrator – Global Enterprise Applications based in Taguig, Philippines – Remote – Mid Shift
Avid Technology is seeking for a Sr. HRIS Administrator – Global Enterprise Applications, who will focus on leading and delivering the adoption and implementation of HR system-functionality to promote efficiencies across the enterprise through talent acquisition, efficient HCM, compensation and benefits management. This role will require you to interface with various HR, payroll, benefits, and other cross-department teams with multiple priorities, understanding their business needs, design outcomes, and deliver highly reliable and easy to use technology solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM, including user inquiries, system issues, and data discrepancies.

Developing and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems e.g. ADP, benefits vendors, NetSuite, etc.

Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Workday-related questions from HR team members and end-users.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to configure and maintain Workday system settings, including business processes, security roles, time entry and time off plans, organization structures, and compensation frameworks. Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and proactively identifying and resolving configuration errors.

Partner with HR in deploying or launching organization-wide people processes such as Open Enrollment, Performance Management processes.

Actively participate in system enhancement projects, including testing new features and functionalities, providing recommendations for process improvements, and assisting with the implementation of system upgrades.

Will serve as the Workday expert across modules and constantly seeking ways to improve and optimize our use of the platform.

Work to optimize and elevate quality, efficiency, performance and scalability of HR systems, processes and teams globally to further automate the employee journey.

Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies (e.g. RPA, AI, ML, etc.) to enhance employee experience and processes, as well as to improve the capabilities, fill the gaps of existing systems.

Drive and monitor user adoption and feedback; develop processes, tools, support materials, and training.

Lead effective visual design and provide ‘white-glove’ support and service to ensure the employee and manager journey is seamless and impactful.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
8+ years’ experience working on HRIS and HR technology systems across the employee journey, including benefits, compensation, etc.

5+ years’ experience with Workday.

Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Workday HCM modules including time tracking & absence management, recruitment & onboarding, report writing, and integrations.

Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance, and business processes and how they impact HR systems.

Proven ability to translate business needs and requirements to actionable information usable in system configuration.

Experience working with HR reporting through HRIS systems or other reporting tools such as DOMO.

Ability to build strong relationships with a wide cross-section of business leaders/functions.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.

Proactive approach to process improvement and automation.

Strong project management skills, Agile methodologies preferred.
