Position Summary: This role will serve as a key member of the HR Operations team, supporting the development and execution of global programs, processes, and systems across a variety of HR functional areas, including compensation, performance, and talent development.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support various HR initiatives, processes, and special projects across the global organization and ensures full optimization of systems and workflow.
- Support Workday continuous improvement efforts designed to enhance the employee experience and drive greater efficiency.
- Design and deliver reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Document, communicate, and provide training on processes and policies to obtain consistency and efficiency.
- Create and maintain forms, templates, and process documentation to ensure consistency in HR processes, data accuracy, and compliance.
- Provide day-to-day HR support on a variety of Workday-related questions.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasker that handles pressure well.
- Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands on experience with Workday is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related area, preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of Human Resources Operations experience required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Office Environment
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
