Position Summary: This role will serve as a key member of the HR Operations team, supporting the development and execution of global programs, processes, and systems across a variety of HR functional areas, including compensation, performance, and talent development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support various HR initiatives, processes, and special projects across the global organization and ensures full optimization of systems and workflow.
  • Support Workday continuous improvement efforts designed to enhance the employee experience and drive greater efficiency.
  • Design and deliver reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Document, communicate, and provide training on processes and policies to obtain consistency and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain forms, templates, and process documentation to ensure consistency in HR processes, data accuracy, and compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support on a variety of Workday-related questions.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasker that handles pressure well.
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Hands on experience with Workday is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related area, preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of Human Resources Operations experience required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Office Environment
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
