Job Overview
The HRBP will support and guide less experienced HR team members, contribute to HR program development and implementation, and provide comprehensive HR support to employees and management. They will offer expertise and advice to management teams across various regions or functions.
Essential Functions
- Develop strong relationships with HR specialist functions.
- Support line managers with new employee orientation.
- Provide advice to junior HR team members.
- Conduct reviews and propose recommendations on employment legislation and HR practices.
- Participate in HR initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Offer HR management coaching and counseling.
- Act as a Business Partner to assigned areas.
- Assist with organizational effectiveness and change management.
- Provide reports and analyses for senior management.
- Support recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage HR-related queries independently or with senior HR team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 to 5 years of HRBP experience.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Microsoft Office and HRIS applications - pref
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
