What We'll Bring:
The candidate for this development position will architect, design, develop and test web-based, customer facing software solutions within the Transunion group of products.
What You'll Bring:
As a member of an Agile scrum team, responsible for following established development processes for assigned projects in order to deliver exceptional software solutions to our customers:
- Negotiate and understand detailed functional requirements with the product team.
- Iteratively Design and document software components that meet organization standards and strategic direction.
- Code high quality software components in accordance with organizational standards, technical requirements, and detailed designs.
- Effectively participate in a team oriented environment that involves continuous design reviews, code reviews, and collaboration.
- Actively work with Project Management and QA teams and produce technical documentation required by QA.
- Provide technical guidance and product expertise to Customer Delivery and Operations to resolve production issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience related to software development (full stack)
- Experience programming in C# for Visual Studio.NET
- Experience in front end technologies like Angular.
- Knowledge working in Windows environment/Visual Studio or similar
- Knowledge in .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, Web API)
- Knowledge in working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Able to take initiative and have a strong drive to push ideas to product
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Solid understanding of software design and development
- BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
Impact You'll Make:
- Full stack developer with architecting applications in GCP is a big plus.
- Experience in cloud native technologies, microservices or moving to .NET newer versions is required as the team will be moving towards it in the near future
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
