The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at CytoTronics, you will design, develop, and maintain both the front-end and back-end components of our software stack, helping accelerate the discovery of new drugs and therapeutics.
You’ll work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and biologists to ensure seamless integration across the entire stack. Using your expertise in Python, you will contribute to building efficient, scalable, and resilient infrastructure services to manage the multiple terabytes of data generated by our instruments, while also supporting the front-end infrastructure to deliver a smooth and engaging user experience.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience in DevOps, with a focus on continuously improving CI/CD processes
- Experience with cloud infrastructure tools (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS)
- Experience with Signal / Image Processing, Scientific Data Analysis, Bioinformatics
- Knowledge of site reliability engineering (SRE), observability, and monitoring tools
- Experience working with distributed systems and large-scale data processing
Compensation
- $145,000 - $155,000
